AFRICAN SUMMER LOOKS, MAKE ‘EM TREND

It has almost become a widely accepted fashion phenomenon to wear non-African outfits in summer. We often choose to step out in the Caribbean or Grecian look.

How about we do something more unique like a stylish African look, while still having a fun time and feeling confident in the summer heat? Yep. That’s right-an African summer look.

If I were to look African in this season of summer, I would go Maxi. I just have a thing for fashionable Maxi dresses and a hat to top that up. Orrr for events, I would appear wearing a petite Ankara dress (not too petite anyway) but chic and comfortable, always pairing that with a bulky necklace and tiny earrings (too much accessories can look ridiculous sometimes).
