WAYS TO LOOK COOL ON FLARED HIGH WAIST PANTS
I have been caught in between what look to step out in while trying to combine chic, corporate, comfortable and elegant. It  took a while, but I eventually found the look: flared high waist pants.....sooooo....comfortable yet stylish and elegant. They could go with a number of tops. On a cold or windy day, you could wear ‘em a cardigan or a vintage shirt for a more classy look.
